April joined Clark Carney Realty Group with many years in public service and the banking industry.
Her professional experience includes service as the Executive Director of the Columbiana Area Chamber of Commerce, Civil Service Commission Board and Secretary for the Board of Zoning Appeals, for the City of Columbiana. April is an active member of the Columbiana Rotary Club and a volunteer for the Columbiana Area Meals on Wheels program. Her commitment to her community and clients she serves is the foundation upon which April bases her career.

Julie Kinard

Julie joined our team with more than thirty years of serving the public as a health care professional. She has lived in Columbiana most of her life and is a graduate of Columbiana High School. She is a member of Columbiana United Methodist Church, American Legion Auxillary and The Historical Society of Columbiana-Fairfield Township.
Julie received her Real Estate certification through Hondros College of Business.

Born and raised in the Columbiana area, Emilee is a graduate of Crestview High School and received her real estate training from Hondros College. She resides in Columbiana with her family of 5, is an active member of the Crestview Elementary PTO, and enjoys volunteering at the school.
